Job Title: Temp Billing Coordinator
Description:
5-6 week consulting assignment Primary responsibilities include assisting billing staff with client billing and internal billing procedures, follow up on unreturned items and electronic invoicing.  The successful candidate will have knowledge of  word processing and spreadsheet software, effective oral communication skills, effective written communication skills, computerized legal billing system is a plus. Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels, ability to troubleshoot/anticipate potential problems from the perspective of the individual and the job, an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and an ability to plan and prioritize work.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the equivalent of a BA/BS degree in Business Administration or work related experience, preferably in a large legal services or professional services company; computer skills, preferably experience with CMS and Microsoft Office; accurate typing, keyboard skills; experience using 10-key calculator, ability to self-direct and prioritize tasks; ability to work without supervision and with individuals at all levels of the organization; willingness to work as part of a team; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
