- This is a team leadership role within the Equities IT. In addition to having their own portfolio of projects, the candidate will be acting as a line manager and mentor for a small team of more junior business analysts. The Business Analyst group has a key role in the implementation of front office systems for Equities connectivity, Futures Execution and Execution for Quantitative Prime Brokerage. This is a fast-paced, growing environment and the candidate will have an excellent opportunity to gain product knowledge, exposure to technology and the complete front-to-back product lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Work directly with the businesses and Product Managers to understand their business goals and priorities. - Identify system stakeholders, identify use-cases, elicit requirements and record them. - Work with the development teams to determine technical feasibility, phasing and project planning and assume some project management responsibilities. - Work with QA teams to create test cases, understand results and facilitate communications across all interested stakeholders - Provide mentoring and leadership to a small team of junior business analysts - Take ownership of methodologies and standards within the group to create consistency - Development and presentation of deliverable roadmaps
