Job Responsibilities include: Initiating and assisting with the implementation of all on-going technology and soft skills learning initiatives; conducting classroom, hands-on, one-on-one and synchronous remote training sessions; creating a dynamic learning environment focused on the on-going needs of the learner; evaluating, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating non - classroom electronic learning programs; managing content within a learning management system and learning portal; promoting and encouraging participation in the implementation and use of new technology; carrying out learning needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs; working closely with other departments to evaluate, test and recommend software or new technology based on end user needs and feedback; offering innovative suggestions for new training initiatives; and performing other duties as assigned.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology and/or Instructor Certification
• at least seven years of training experience, including five years of classroom training in a professional service environment;
• proven experience developing e-learning programs using instructional tools such as Captivate or Camtasia;
• experience managing content within a learning management system; excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills;
•  excellent presentation, writing and editing skills; a knowledge of evaluation processes for all types of training programs;
•  a desire and ability to initiate and manage projects independently
• the ability to be a creative team player and work effectively with personnel at all levels;
•  a proven commitment to high quality and excellence
• the ability to work with SME’s, learn new processes and translate them into achievable learning objectives; excellent knowledge of legal specific software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• the ability to occasionally travel overseas and the ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment
