Provide input in developing quality assurance standards • Work in a highly collaborative SCRUM environment with a team of QA leads, software developers, and business representatives • Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Must be able to work on multiple tasks at a time and manage time and priorities effectively • Write test plans, test cases, test results reports • Execute tests independently and in pair-testing environment • Testing effort covers functional, regression, integration, performance, load, security, etc

• Experience in employing commercial and open-source test tools to include planning, analysis, interpretation, and report writing
• Strong understanding of agile software development life cycle methodologies
• Hands-on scrum experience
• Strong understanding of release management processes
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards and best practices
• Understanding of database schemas and querying tools (i.e. SQL)
• Understanding of programming language concepts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and effectively in teams
• Attention to detail
• Senior Quality Lead with 5+ Years Working in Software Development Environment
• 3+ Years Testing in Web-based and Unix Environments
• Experience with apache, java, php, jboss, and Drupal strongly desired.  (DRUPAL IS A MUST)
• Financial Industry Experience Desired
• B.S. in Engineering or related field
